Furthermore, dentists usually tend to place veneers to beautify the teeth and improve their appearance and color on the front side that can be seen clearly when the patient smiles. Removable Dental Prostheses
Also known as dentures, they are removable artificial teeth that are placed in the mouth to replace partially or completely missing or damaged teeth. There are two types of removable dental prostheses, the partial removable dentures that are used to bridge the gaps between the teeth when the patient loses one or more teeth, and the complete or full dentures that are used to replace the teeth of a full jaw or the two jaws together.
These dentures generally need special care; they must be cleaned, sterilized and properly preserved to avoid gum infections. The patient may need some time to get used to the use of removable dental dentures.
